Atelier Alliance — Terms and Conditions

Presented by The Shift, LVL (Luxe Vogue Lifestyle), Noctra and OTN.

Runway show and afterparty. Nairobi, 27 November 2026. Venue to be announced through official event channels.

By purchasing a ticket or attending Atelier Alliance, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Ticket Entry

A valid ticket is required for entry. Tickets must be presented at the entrance for verification and may be scanned once only. A ticket that has already been scanned will be refused.

Ticket Sales

All ticket purchases are subject to availability. Tickets should be purchased only through the official ticketing channels provided by Atelier Alliance. Tickets obtained from unauthorised sellers may be void, and the organisers accept no responsibility for such tickets.

Tickets may not be resold at a profit, offered as a prize, or used for advertising or promotion without the written consent of the organisers.

Refunds and Cancellations

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled or the organisers announce otherwise. In the event of cancellation, refund arrangements will be communicated through the official Atelier Alliance channels.

Booking, transaction and payment-processing fees are not refundable.

Event Changes and Line-Up

The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event schedule, programme, venue, performers, designers or other arrangements when necessary.

The advertised line-up, including headline performers and disc jockeys, is subject to change. A change to any individual performer does not entitle a ticket holder to a refund.

Code of Conduct

All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other attendees, staff, models, designers, performers and the venue. Disruptive, abusive, intoxicated or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the event without a refund.

Harassment of any kind, and any conduct that endangers the runway, the models or other guests, will not be tolerated.

Venue Rules

All attendees must follow the rules and safety requirements of the event venue, including the directions of security personnel, stewards and ushers.

Attendees and their bags may be searched as a condition of entry. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, drones, laser devices and any item the organisers or venue consider unsafe.

Runway, backstage and production areas are restricted. Access is limited to accredited persons.

Photography and Media

Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional and social-media purposes. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in event-related content, and you grant the organisers and their partners an irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use that content in any medium without further compensation.

Personal Belongings

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organisers, the presenting partners and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items.

Right of Admission

Atelier Alliance reserves the right to refuse admission, or to remove an attendee, where there is a legitimate safety, security or conduct concern.

Acceptance of Terms

Purchasing a ticket or attending the event constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Atelier Alliance reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated through official event channels.

By purchasing tickets, you agree to the policies for this event.
