All ticket payments must be cleared prior to the event to guarantee material allocation.

Because materials and catering are ordered based on exact headcount, all tickets are strictly non-refundable. If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Please inform us at least 24 hours before the event with their full name and contact details so we can update our guest list.

In the rare event that the organizer cancels or reschedules the workshop, you will be offered a choice between a full refund or a transfer to the next session date.

To ensure everyone gets the full guided experience and adequate time, the workshop will start promptly at the scheduled time.

We use high-quality, skin-safe fragrance materials. If you have known skin allergies or severe sensitivities to scents, please notify us prior to the session.
