These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to all attendees of the Neptic X R4veculture event. By purchasing a ticket, attending, or participating in any part of the event, you agree to these T&Cs.

1. All tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, unless stated otherwise by the organizers.

2. Entry is only granted upon presentation of a valid ticket (digital or printed).

3. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

4. The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone for safety, security, or behavioral reasons.

4. Event Changes & Cancellations

3. If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date.

2. Any behavior considered threatening, violent, or disruptive may result in removal without a refund.

4. The organizers are not responsible for injuries caused by reckless or irresponsible behavior.

Any item considered dangerous by security
