Tickets & Entry • All tickets are purchased exclusively via Passly. • Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers. • Each ticket admits one guest; re-entry is not guaranteed. • Premium/VIP benefits (if applicable) are only valid for the ticket holder.

Event Conduct • Attendees are expected to maintain respectful behaviour toward staff, performers, and other guests. • The organisers reserve the right to remove any guest engaging in disorderly or unsafe behaviour. • No outside food or alcohol is permitted.

Rugby Broadcast • Match screening times may be subject to change based on broadcaster schedules. • Seating for the rugby viewing section operates on a first come, first served basis.

Performances & Programming • DJ sets, performances, and schedules may change without prior notice. • The organisers reserve the right to adjust the event flow depending on turnout, safety, or technical requirements.

Alcohol Consumption • Drink responsibly. • Johnnie Walker Blonde is the official event sponsor; branded cocktails and experiences are for guests aged 18+. • Management may refuse service to intoxicated guests.

Photography & Videography • By attending, guests consent to the use of their images in event photos, videos, and marketing material by The Kenya Collective and partners. • If you prefer not to be photographed, please notify the event team upon entry.

Safety & Liability • The organisers and venue will not be liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. • Guests attend the event at their own risk.

Event Changes or Cancellation • Should the event be postponed or cancelled, guests will be notified via the contact information provided during ticket purchase. • In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed via Passly. ⸻
