Team Registration: Registration is only confirmed after full payment of the 7,500 KES team fee. No partial payments or reservations are accepted. Refund Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tournament are non-refundable. Teams withdrawing after fixtures are released will forfeit their slot and payment. Match Conduct: Teams must report 15 minutes before kick-off; failure to appear results in automatic forfeit. Unsportsmanlike conduct, violence, or disrespect towards officials or players will result in immediate disqualification. Player Eligibility: Each team must have at least 7 registered players. A player can represent only one team during the tournament. Substitutions must follow the official tournament guidelines. Officials & Decisions: Referees’ and organizers’ decisions are final and binding. Complaints or appeals must be submitted in writing immediately after the match. Liability: KUFTAP.KE and the organizers are not responsible for injuries, lost property, or personal damages during the event. All participants play at their own risk. Media & Promotion: By participating, all players and teams consent to photo and video coverage for KUFTAP.KE promotional use on social media and partner platforms. Code of Conduct: Respect officials, opponents, and spectators at all times.
