Terms and Conditions

1. Admission and Age Restrictions This event is strictly for persons 18 years and older. Valid identification will be required and checked at the entrance, and persons under the age of 18 will not be permitted entry. 2. Alcohol Policy Alcohol will not be sold or served to any person under 18 years of age. Proof of age may be requested by any staff member at any time during the event. 3. Consent to Photography & Videography By attending the event, guests grant their full consent to the use of any photography and videography taken of them for promotional and archival purposes. If Solé wishes to take individual or close-up shots, explicit consent will be requested beforehand. 4. Security and Safety Solé will provide security in partnership with the venue management. Guests are expected to cooperate fully with all security procedures, including submitting to mandatory bag checks upon entry. 5. Personal Belongings and Liability Attendees are solely responsible for the safety and security of their own property and belongings. Solé will not be liable for any personal property that is lost, stolen, or damaged during the event. 6. Behaviour and Conduct Any disordered, abusive, or unsafe behaviour will result in the immediate removal of the guest from the event without refund. Respect towards all staff, performers, and fellow guests is mandatory. 7. Prohibited Items The following items are strictly prohibited and will not be permitted into the venue: weapons, illegal substances, outside food or drinks, and any other items deemed unsafe by the security team. 8. Ticket Validity and Refunds Only tickets purchased through authorized channels will be accepted for entry. All ticket sales are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise announced or stated by the Organisers.
