By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the Terms and Conditions set by the Organiser of the event. Entry is strictly for individuals over 18 years of age holding a valid ticket or pass. For the safety of all attendees, the Organiser and venue management reserve the right to refuse admission and carry out security searches where deemed necessary. All tickets should be checked at the time of purchase, as errors cannot always be corrected. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, and duplicates will not be issued under any circumstances. Additional fees such as booking fees, transaction charges, or other supplementary costs may apply to your order and are non-refundable. In the event of a rescheduling or relocation, you may retain or exchange your ticket for the new date or venue. If an event is cancelled, you may be offered the option to transfer your ticket to a future event; however, booking and transaction fees will not be refunded. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for costs incurred in relation to travel, accommodation, or other expenses resulting from event changes or cancellation. Tickets that are altered, damaged, or resold for commercial gain will be invalid and entry will be refused. The Organiser may impose a maximum ticket allocation per person and reserves the right to cancel any tickets purchased in excess of this limit. The content, timing, or programme of the event may be subject to change due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control, without obligation for refunds or exchanges. Admission may be refused to anyone behaving dangerously, inappropriately, or in a way likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance, or disruption, as well as to anyone failing to comply with reasonable requests from the Organiser. Neither the Organiser nor the venue operator shall be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death unless caused by a breach of legal duty and where such loss is a direct and foreseeable result of that breach. The Organiser will not be responsible for the actions of third parties, including service providers. If the event is outdoors, it will go ahead in all weather conditions unless deemed unsafe by the safety officer. Refunds will not be issued due to poor weather, and attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for personal belongings brought to the event. By attending, visitors acknowledge that they may be filmed, photographed, or recorded for security, publication, or broadcast purposes by the Organiser, sponsors, or partners. Animals are not permitted at the event. Attendees should check event details, timings, and parking information before travelling, as these are subject to change.
