Noctis Presents: Night Fall — Terms & Conditions

General Information By purchasing a ticket or attending Night Fall by Noctis, you agree to these Terms & Conditions set by Noctis Events. Failure to comply may result in denial of entry or removal from the venue without refund.

Ticket Policy All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the event is canceled by Noctis. Tickets must be presented at the entry post, where you will be issued a wristband. Wristbands must be worn at all times during the event — removal or tampering may result in removal from the venue. Counterfeit or duplicated tickets are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action. Entry is only guaranteed with a valid ticket purchased through official Noctis partners or ticketing platforms.

Age Restriction This event is strictly 18+ — no exceptions. All attendees must present a valid government-issued ID (National ID, passport, or driver’s license) upon entry. Anyone under 18 years of age will not be allowed into the venue, even if in possession of a ticket. No refunds will be issued to individuals denied entry for not meeting age requirements.

Entry and Security Security checks will be conducted at the entrance, including bag inspections. Prohibited items include: weapons, illegal substances, outside food or drinks, glass containers, and professional cameras (unless accredited). Extremely intoxicated individuals will not be allowed entry or may be escorted out of the venue for safety reasons. Noctis and venue security reserve the right to deny entry or remove anyone behaving aggressively, causing disturbances, or posing safety risks to others.

Event Conduct Respect fellow guests, performers, and staff at all times. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or violence will not be tolerated. Illegal activity will result in immediate removal and potential legal consequences.

Event Changes The event lineup, schedule, or venue may change without prior notice. Noctis reserves the right to reschedule or postpone the event due to safety, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Photography & Media By entering the venue, attendees consent to photography, video recording, and live streaming. Noctis reserves the right to use any captured content for marketing or promotional purposes without additional consent or compensation.

Liability Attendance is at your own risk. Noctis and the venue are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property. Please act responsibly and look out for your friends throughout the night.

Refund Policy Tickets are refundable only if the event is permanently canceled. If postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. Service fees are non-refundable.

Acceptance By purchasing a ticket and/or entering the event premises, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions stated above. Your attendance constitutes full acceptance of these terms.
