HAÜS of W4DE – Kenya Edition Terms & Conditions Welcome to the Häus of W4DE experience. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event on Friday, 7th November 2025 at Redroom The Arena, Nairobi, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:

Entry & Tickets Tickets are valid for one person only and are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable. Entry will only be granted upon presentation of a valid e-ticket or wristband. The organizers reserve the right to deny entry to any person who fails to comply with the conditions set herein.

Age Restriction Strictly 18+ only. Valid government-issued ID must be presented at the entrance. No ID, no entry. Persons under 18 years will not be admitted under any circumstances.

Safety & Conduct Excessive consumption of alcohol, disorderly conduct, or aggressive behavior will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund. Weapons, illegal substances, and outside food/drinks are strictly prohibited. Security checks will be carried out upon entry, cooperation is mandatory.

Event Experience The lineup, set times, and performances are subject to change without prior notice. The use of strobe lighting, smoke effects, and high-volume sound is part of the show. Attendees with conditions affected by these should attend with caution. The event is a fashion-forward space; organizers encourage expressive dressing, but reserve the right to deny entry for inappropriate attire.

Photography & Media By entering the venue, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and archival purposes. Unauthorized professional photography, filming, or live-streaming is prohibited unless accredited by the organizers.

Liability Disclaimer Attendees enter at their own risk. The organizers, venue, and affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage sustained during the event. Please look after your personal belongings, management accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Refunds & Cancellations Tickets are non-refundable except in the unlikely event of a full cancellation. If the event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the rescheduled date.
