1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, holding, using, transferring, or presenting a ticket for The Soulcial, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use a ticket.

2. Ticket Purchase & Entry

1. A valid ticket is required for entry into the Soulcial.

2. Tickets are valid only for the event, date, venue, ticket category, and access level stated on the ticket.

3. The Organiser reserves the right to verify tickets, identification, age, wristbands, access tags, and any other entry credentials at any time.

4. Damaged, duplicated, altered, fraudulently obtained, resold, or tampered tickets may be cancelled without refund.

5. Entry is subject to venue capacity, security checks, event rules, and compliance with instructions from the Organiser, venue management, police, private security, medical teams, and other authorised personnel.

3. Age Restriction

Asili Experience may include the sale, promotion, or consumption of alcoholic beverages. Entry may therefore be restricted to persons aged 18 years and above, or as otherwise communicated by the Organiser.

The Organiser reserves the right to request valid identification at the gate or any point within the venue. Failure to provide valid identification may result in denied entry or removal from the venue without refund.

4. Security Screening & Prohibited Items

For the safety of all guests, all attendees may be subject to security screening, bag checks, body checks, metal detection, ticket verification, and wristband verification.

The following items may be prohibited:

· Weapons or sharp objects

· Illegal substances

· Outside alcohol or unauthorised drinks

· Fireworks, explosives, or flammable items

· Professional cameras or drones unless authorised

· Large bags or items that may obstruct movement

· Any item considered dangerous or disruptive by security

Refusal to undergo security screening may result in denied entry without refund.

5. Personal Belongings, Phones & Theft

Attendees are responsible for their own phones, bags, wallets, jewellery, cash, cards, and all other personal belongings at all times.

The Organiser will take reasonable steps to provide event security and crowd management. However, the Organiser is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged, or unattended property, including mobile phones, except where liability cannot legally be excluded or where loss is directly caused by proven negligence of the Organiser.

Attendees are advised to:

· Keep phones and valuables secure at all times

· Avoid placing phones on tables, bars, ledges, or unattended surfaces

· Avoid carrying unnecessary valuables

· Report suspicious behaviour immediately

· Report theft or attempted theft to the nearest security point as soon as possible

If your phone or property is stolen, please notify event security immediately. Where possible, the Organiser may assist by directing you to security, police, lost-and-found, or venue management. The Organiser does not guarantee recovery of stolen items.

6. Injury, Safety & Assumption of Risk

Attendance at a live event involves certain risks, including but not limited to crowd movement, loud music, flashing lights, uneven ground, weather conditions, alcohol-related incidents, third-party conduct, theft, altercations, or other unexpected incidents.

By attending the event, you agree to take reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of those around you.

The Organiser will take reasonable steps to provide a safe event environment, including reasonable security, crowd control, emergency access, and medical response arrangements where applicable. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser shall not be liable for injury, loss, damage, death, theft, or distress caused by:

· Your own negligence or misconduct

· Failure to follow safety instructions

· Intoxication or drug use

· The actions of third parties

· Criminal acts by third parties

· Force majeure or events beyond the Organiser’s reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Kenyan law, including liability arising from proven gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or breach of a legal duty of care.

7. Conduct at the Event

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any person from the venue without refund where that person:

· Acts violently, aggressively, abusively, or disorderly

· Harasses, threatens, or endangers others

· Is visibly intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances

· Interferes with staff, security, performers, vendors, sponsors, or other guests

· Damages property

· Attempts to enter restricted areas without authorisation

· Breaches these Terms & Conditions or event rules

The Organiser may involve police or relevant authorities where necessary.

8. VIP Tables, Bottle Service & Backstage Access

VIP table tickets are valid only for the number of guests and benefits stated at the time of purchase.

VIP packages may include access to a designated VIP area, bottle service, mixers, water, backstage access, or other benefits as stated on the ticketing page. Benefits are subject to availability, operational requirements, licensing restrictions, and event safety rules.

Backstage access is a privilege and may be controlled, delayed, restricted, or revoked at the Organiser’s discretion for security, artist, crowd control, or operational reasons. Backstage access does not guarantee artist interaction, photos, meet-and-greets, or unrestricted movement.

9. Alcohol Consumption

Alcohol will only be served in accordance with applicable Kenyan laws, venue rules, and licensing requirements.

The Organiser, bars, vendors, and security reserve the right to refuse service to any person who appears intoxicated, underage, disorderly, or unable to consume alcohol responsibly.

Attendees are responsible for drinking responsibly and arranging safe transport from the venue.

10. Event Changes, Postponement & Cancellation

The Organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event, including changes to:

· Performance schedule

· Artist lineup

· Venue layout

· Access routes

· Gate opening times

· VIP area configuration

· Sponsors, vendors, or event partners

· Production, sound, lighting, or programming

Such changes shall not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

If the event is postponed, tickets may remain valid for the rescheduled date unless otherwise communicated. If the event is cancelled by the Organiser, refund procedures, timelines, deductions, and applicable charges will be communicated through the official ticketing platform or event channels.

Booking fees, transaction fees, platform fees, bank charges, and mobile money charges may be non-refundable depending on the ticketing provider’s policies.

11. Refunds & Transfers

All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the Organiser or required by law.

No refund will be issued where:

· You fail to attend the event

· You arrive late

· You are denied entry for breaching these Terms

· You are removed for misconduct

· You purchase the wrong ticket category

Ticket transfers may be permitted only through approved channels or as communicated by the Organiser. The Organiser is not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorised resellers or third parties.

12. Photography, Video & Media Consent

By attending Asili Experience, you acknowledge that photography, videography, live streaming, CCTV, drone footage, social media filming, and other forms of recording may take place at the event.

You grant the Organiser, its partners, sponsors, media teams, photographers, videographers, and authorised agents the right to capture, use, publish, reproduce, edit, and share your image, likeness, voice, appearance, and participation in event-related content for marketing, promotional, archival, editorial, security, and commercial purposes.

Where reasonably practical, attendees who do not wish to be featured prominently may notify the media team or event staff. However, due to the nature of live events, crowd shots, background appearances, and general event footage may still include attendees.

15. CCTV, Security Footage & Incident Reporting

CCTV, body cameras, handheld cameras, access-control systems, and other security tools may be used for safety, crowd management, theft prevention, incident response, and legal compliance.

Security footage may be reviewed by the Organiser, venue, security providers, law enforcement, insurers, legal advisors, or relevant authorities where necessary for incident investigation or legal purposes.

16. Medical Assistance

Medical or first-aid support may be available at the event. Attendees who feel unwell or observe another guest in distress should immediately notify security, event staff, medical teams, or venue personnel.

18. Third-Party Vendors, Sponsors & Service Providers

Food vendors, bars, sponsors, activations, transport providers, photographers, ticketing platforms, payment providers, and other third parties may operate at or in connection with the event.

The Organiser is not responsible for the independent acts, omissions, products, services, representations, or failures of third-party vendors or service providers, except where legally required or where the Organiser has direct responsibility.

Any issue relating to a third-party product or service may be referred to that provider, although the Organiser may assist where reasonably possible.

19. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organiser’s liability for claims arising from or related to ticket purchase or event attendance shall be limited to the amount paid for the ticket giving rise to the claim.

The Organiser shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or economic losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of enjoyment, travel costs, accommodation costs, or replacement cost of lost or stolen personal property, except where such limitation is not permitted by law.
